Unlearning the Piano de Karen Trask
Un partenariat entre Ada X, GIV, Turbine et OBORO, présenté dans le cadre des Journées de la culture. Invitation à un parcours artistique sensoriel, introspectif et ludique /3 escales:
• À OBORO, rencontrez Sarah Wendt + Pascal Dufaux, un duo d’artistes qui vous ouvriront les portes de leur univers sculptural, sensoriel et particulièrement coloré.
• CHEZ ADA X, explorez un paysage d'objets de soins, en marchant dans une œuvre de réalité virtuelle de Tricia Enns sur la plateforme WebXR Allo Ada.
• Au GIV, visionnement d'un programme qui nous invite à réfléchir au bien-être à travers des expériences telles qu’une rencontre surréaliste entre machines et oiseaux (Machine de Diane Obomsawin), une invitation ludique à réinventer le piano et nos habitudes (Unlearning the Piano de Karen Trask), un univers psychédélique où le mobilier interagit avec le corps féminin (Ultra de Carol-Ann Belzil-Normand), et une parabole absurde sur la bureaucratie et la pression sociale (Explosion no 2 de Julie Tremble).
Une brigade artistique du centre Turbine vous accompagnera tout au long de ce parcours d’une durée d’environ une heure. Plusieurs départs auront lieu au courant de l’après-midi.
Les activités sont gratuites, ouvertes à toustes et sur inscription seulement.

A partnership between Ada X, GIV, Turbine, and OBORO for Les Journées de la culture. An invitation to a sensory, introspective and playful artistic journey, over three stops, discover works that nurture our imaginations and awaken the senses:
• At OBORO, meet Sarah Wendt + Pascal Dufaux, an artist duo who will open the doors to their sculptural, sensory, and particularly colorful universe.
• At Ada X, explore a landscape of care objects, walk through a virtual reality work by Tricia Enns on the WebXR Allo Ada platform.
• Screening offered at GIV, a programme that invites us to reflect on our well-being through intimate experiences such as, a surreal encounter between machines and birds (Machine by Diane Obomsawin), a playful invitation to reinvent the piano and our habits (Unlearning the Piano by Karen Trask), a psychedelic universe where furniture interacts with the female body (Ultra by Carol-Ann Belzil-Normand), and an absurd parable about bureaucracy and social pressure (Explosion No. 2 by Julie Tremble).
An artistic team from Centre Turbine will accompany you throughout this journey, which lasts approximately one hour. Several visits will take place throughout the afternoon.
