BIO : Christian Richer
Christian Richer is a Montreal-based artist working in music and sound production, graphic design and photography. Under the name of Élément Kuuda, he has released albums on Hobo Cult Records, Digitalis, Beko, Sacred Phrases and Magnanimous Records.
Richer has performed his captivating, ambient electroacoustic sets at festivals, galeries and events in Montreal, Ottawa, Washington, Brooklyn, Berlin, Sardinia and London (UK).
He has collaborated with many visual artists and musicians such as Vida Simon, Victoria Stanton, Rachel Echenberg, Norm Chambers (Panabrite), Francesco De Gallo (Hobo Cubes), Jonathan Parent (Feu Thérèse), Pierre Tanguay and Bernardino Femminielli. He is the founder of Kinnta Records and is receiving rave reviews for his new psychedelic/pop rock band, The Haiduks’ debut album, 1968 (the label’s first vinyl release).
