Part of an ongoing series of video working with perception, gravity and the body as points of departure. The videos are based on recorded performance actions carried out in constructed situations (studio sets). In this work I wanted to create a sense of instability and uncertainty about the nature of reality in order to challenge some of our basic assumptions about what is possible. I also wanted to experiment with the nature of our perceptual contact with the world.
Cette vidéo fait partie d’une série d’expérimentations sur la perception, la gravité et le corps. Basées sur des performances, ces œuvres explorent la nature de notre perception du monde. Dans cette vidéo, j'ai voulu créer des sensations d'instabilité et d'incertitude afin de remettre en question certaines de nos hypothèses sur ce qui est possible.
