Franca González
Franca González studied Arts in Buenos Aires University. Since she was 18 years old she begins working in documentary film production. Since 1996 she works with director Mabel Maio, with whom she produced Land without Evil (Prize UNESCO) and Ritual rhythms - Candombe, among others. She was the executive producer of the documentary film 1420 (Prize INCAA). Their film Atrás de la vía (Recipe of life) received the Best Documentary Award from the Tandil Film Festival and was the only Argentinean film in projection of the International Forum DocBsAs 06. She was awarded the scholarship of the Conseil des arts et des Lettres du Québec and Secretaría de Cultura de la Nación. |
