Hind Benchekroun

Hind Benchekroun is writer and a filmmaker. She co-wrote and was assistant director of Production Multi-Monde's Musiques Rebelles Québec (2002) and as a line producer of Musiques Rebelles Americas. Hind began her career in cinema as production assistant to Ian Boyd at Films de l'isle after completing a Master's degree in communication.

Hind codirected 3 short films: caressing time, tea time and êtres. She also works on the editing and the production of The Box of Lanzo, Sami Mermers' film. La petite fille d'avant is her last short film as a director.

She is actually working as a line producer at the National film Board of Canada and have some documentary projects in development as a director.
