As with traditional advertising,
women in rock videos are voyeuristically objectified,
fetishized and terrorised. These are exploitative representations
often having no direct connection to the song's lyrics.
In a comic-strip setting, a young musician
takes us on a voyage through these music videos.
Rather than simply turning off the set
and denying their existence, she criticises, intervenes
and transforms these video images.
