This work emerges from my research into the relationship between the actor and the character; what is the diving line? What are the elements that make them what they are? When does the self seep through the character? When does the self seep through the performer? When does the self seep through our daily life roles? This video documents what happens when Oriana sits in front of the mirror to look into her eyes. I have asked her to look at herself in the privacy of her home and let herself just be until the private begins to seep.
