TWO is based upon a small Canadian city's strip club scene, the
personal stories and the economics of the sex trade inherent to
the border community. It reflects issues of power and gender politics.
The film places music and dance in non-traditional ways within the
club. A classical ballerina strips to Dj Rukus' original hard techno
beats. A man accompanies his dancer wife on-stage, and sings as
she dances for the paying audience. The film features 15 original
songs by IEOB, DJ Rukus and Françoise Doherty.
