this tape records the remarks of Montreal artists
in response to the unveiling of the Canadian
government's plan to spend more than 30 million
for the production of fighter planes.
Military policy and a positive social/cultural
climate are suddenly at war as these artists
speculate about alternative uses
for such enormous quantities of money.
